All account balances, transactions, bets, and winnings on p86k are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). p86k does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Where a deposit is made via a card originally denominated in another currency, the conversion to PKR is applied at the rate set by your card issuer and p86k bears no responsibility for exchange rate differences.
p86k offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit amounts, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion.
All bonus funds credited to your p86k account must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be made. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types — including but not limited to certain live casino games and low-margin sports betting markets — may not count towards wagering requirements or may count at a reduced rate.
p86k reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing only low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by p86k.
Bonus funds that are not used within the time period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from the account balance. p86k is not obligated to issue reminders regarding bonus expiry, though it may choose to do so as a courtesy.
All games offered on the p86k platform — including live casino games, RNG slots, and sports betting markets — are governed by the individual game rules applicable to that game or market. These rules are accessible within the game interface or the relevant betting market. In the event of a conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the individual game rules explicitly state otherwise.
Bets placed on sporting events at p86k are subject to the settlement rules applicable to the specific market. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise not completed in the normal manner, bets will be settled in accordance with p86k's sports betting rules as published on the platform. p86k reserves the right to void bets where odds are published in error or where the integrity of a market has been compromised.

The rules governing these games are those of the game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live casino game, p86k's system will record the last confirmed game state, and the outcome will be settled accordingly.

You may close your p86k account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Upon closure of your account at your request, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after satisfying any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Upon termination of your p86k account — whether by your request or by p86k — all outstanding bets that have not yet settled will be voided and stakes returned. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, p86k's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your p86k account in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
p86k shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of gaming opportunity, even if p86k has been advised of the possibility of such damages. p86k is not liable for losses caused by third-party payment processing delays, internet connectivity failures, or force majeure events beyond its reasonable control.
Note: Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot be lawfully excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which p86k holds its gaming licence. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through p86k's internal complaints process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism prescribed by p86k's licensing authority.
